Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30-days from the date of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on new return items that are in resalable condition and a 25% restocking fee on return items that are in non-resalable condition. Please visit our Returns/Exchanges page for more details.

Yes you can! At this time, we are only accepting exact amount cash payments as we do not have change. If this payment type is chosen during check out, it cannot be undone. Also, in-store pickups and payments are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. See in-store local pickup faq below for more details.

Orders are processed within a 24-48hr period and depending on the shipping service you selected upon check out, shipping transit time can take from 2-5 days.

Yes we do! However, pick up times are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once your order has been placed, you will be notified by email when you order is ready for pick up usually within 24 hours. The email will contain specific day(s) and time(s) for the local pickup to take place.

YES! Simply email us for a copy of the instructions. Soon we will have instructions available to download directly on the respective product pages in PDF format.   

No aluminum will not rust. However aluminum can can acquire oxidation due to the environment over a long period of time. Aluminum is known for its ability to resist corrosion well, but it can corrode under certain circumstances.
