All Aerogenics orders ship from our warehouse in Corona, California. Shipping is free to the contiguous USA.
Times below are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and begin once your order leaves our warehouse — not when you place it.
How long until my order ships?
We take about 1–3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your order off to the carrier. That handling time is separate from the carrier's transit time — add the two together to estimate when your part will arrive.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your shipping label is created. New tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to show movement in the carrier’s system.

Expedited services are available at checkout where offered. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees (except where the carrier guarantees the service), and can be affected by weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx air services and typically take 3–7+ business days.
Tariffs & international shipping
We ship to Canada and many other countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility. All international orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): any duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs brokerage fees charged by your country are not included in our product prices or in the shipping total at checkout.
- Your carrier may require these charges to be paid before your package is released for final delivery. If your shipment is held at customs, please contact us right away so we can help.
- Tariff rates change frequently and are set by your country’s customs authority, not by us, so we can’t predict the exact amount in advance.
- Typical international transit is 7–21 business days depending on destination, plus any time your package spends clearing customs.
- You are responsible for making sure the parts you order are legal to import and use in your country.
